After meeting them, I drew Belgian activists and citizens who share the same concerns, namely awareness of the dangers threatening the conditions necessary for sustaining life on our planet.
I worked with charcoal, which is an unstable material, somewhere between strength and fragility, always on the verge of scattering.
I compiled my preliminary studies for the drawings into a small book, to preserve the memory of all the efforts of these people I admire, which are so worthy of consideration.
